eggs, dry beans and tofu are some of the best sources of protien . i suggest tofu as it is very soft like jello and high in protien. although most elderly americans are not intrested in trying new thngs, especially asian foods. there are many ways to cook with tofu and make it taste great. you will grow to love it. trust me the first time i saw it i said "no way" now its part of my daily cuisine.
