Weird Locker Room Experience after P.E?

Question: Some random kid in the locker room asked if he could compare penis size with me. Id he gay or is it normal that kids want to compare penis size. I w=said no but I felt real weird.

If it was a guy you did not know, it is weird. If you are well-built, and considered good looking, he might be interested in you. If you have a rather large bulge, that may be interesting him also. Since the only way you can compare size is to have erections, then that would certainly not be an appropriate place to make comparisons, if other guys are coming in as well.
Good call on your part. Playing around and comparing sizes with your buddies is normal part of growing up, but even then you don't do that in the locker room unless all of the guys are in on the game.
