Anyone a doctor? Question about a small "ball" of something in the groin region.?

Question:
Last Thursday I noticed a pain down near my testicle. I realized I had a red bump which was located very high -- almost where the testicle skin meets the normal skin from the body. It is not located directly one of the testicle "balls". I thought maybe it could be acne or a zit and that it'd go away in a few days. It is still there. I don't think it has grown, but what could it be? I don't have any pain nor do I notice it, but if I check to see if it's still there, then I can feel the little ball like build up of something. Could it be a zit? I read online maybe it might be a "cyst"? Should I call a doctor now or wait a few more days to see if it goes away? Thanks.

Answers:
