go for dieting, avoid all junk food n don't skip ur meals.. hit some gym or try and engage ur self in some outdoor activities.. cycling,cricket,football and any outdoor game will tone ur body..
when i lost 10 kgs three years back i used to cycle 10km daily and then run for2 km.. i did this for 45 days and the results were pretty good..

remember,it's only u who can make the difference..

Burn more calories than you put in, don't fool yourself about what you eat, write EVERYTHING down that you eat, even writing it down makes you eat less than normal... then add up the calories and go exercise and burn it all off plus some.
