does yohimbe mess u up?

Question:
does it mess up ur kidney, and is it dangerous

Answers:
Nope, does not mess up your kidney. Anything can be dangerous if you take it for too long and in to high of a dose.

I've been taking yohimbe on occasion since 1998. I've used it as opposed to drinking coffee, or taking any other form of stimulants.

Its side effects vary from person to person, but generally include sweating, weak knees, increase in blood pressure, etc. Its basically like any form of speed, legal or illegal, epinephrine, etc. But you dont have that crappy feeling in your mouth, or that feeling of your teeth grinding.

Your best bet for using yohimbe is to get Twinlab's "Yohimbe Fuel", it has the highest concentrations of yohimbine. But so far its been ok. Just ONLY use it when you need a boost, not on a daily basis. If you are looking to use it for performance issues in bed, take it about 3 hours prior to.

it will raise your heart rate so be careful

It can be toxic. The principle alkaloid, Yohimbine, has an aphrodesic effect. Minor side effects include; headache, anxiety, and tension. The more serious side effects can be; high blood pressure, elevated heart rate, heart palpatations, and in high doses, hallucinations. Now does this look like something you really want to take to improve your performance?
