It could be a urinary tract infection. About the bloody stool it could be hemorrhoids. Now that's the least worse case scenario. Please get every thing checked out! I know its scary but I know you dont want to go through all that pain and suffering.
Seriously, it could be a lot of things, but you need to go to your doctor. Kidney infection, UTI, testicular cancer, (hey, you never know), bad food.
Get yourself to the doctor NOW! The only person qualified to tell you the answer is a doctor! Forget Web MD. If it was'nt for the bloody bowel movements it would sound like a bladder infection which burns when you urinate and your urine would be reddish or dark orange. The bloody bowel movement tho is something you need to seek medical attention fast. P.S. I hate going to the doctor but there is times when you just have to!
You could be seriously ill, go to the doctors right away. The longer you wait the more serious it will get.
