i am 15 years old, 5'8-9
what is the best weight for my age and height?
btw:i'm still growing about 2-3 inches a year

There is no "best weight." Your height and age are part of it, but there's also your body frame, body mass index (muscle is denser than fat, so a flabby 150-pounder will be much larger than a toned 150-pounder of the same height), gender, and so on.

Just stay active, eat right, and you'll do fine. 15 is a marvelously resilient age, and your body knows what it's doing.
