The average size, erect, is 6 1/2 inches. At 14 this is not bad. You may have another growth spurt at about 16 and I am told by my brother and son that they grew almost an inch and 1/4 just before they turned 18. I would say that 21 is a little late but by the age of 18 or 19 you will have what you will have to live with. If it is not excessively thin you are ok.
