Can anybody give me good weight lifters shopping list, not shakes, real grocery's?


Question:
Im just starting out on lifting weights, burning fat, and mixing all of this with alot of cardio, im looking for a nice little grocery shopping list becuase a healthy diet is 50% of getting in shape. Thank you.

eggs, oatmeal, chicken breast, whole grains, beef sirloin, skim milk, tuna, broccoli
