After every sexual intercourse (with the wife) can a person continue doing his work and not go to sleep?

Question: I am 50 years of age.No diseases.No medical or family diseases.Time and again due to accomodation problem or the children at home ,sometimes during day ,it is possible for me to have sex with my wife. Do I need to rest after the intercourse or take a shower,clean and get back to work..Will it affect my physical health when I reach 55 or 60 years ?? Will it make me mentally tired for the rest of the day ???

I have not experienced "mental tiredness" due to sex early in the day.

As for the physical strain - if your doc okay's you for any moderate phsyical activity, that should be okay, too.
