leg problem!?help me?


i have been working out my legs and now their are in pain ,... what is a good thing to do so the pain can go away.?

am i weird?

if ur just starting to workout ur legs then u may just be experiencing some soreness and this normally goes away within 3-5 days but if this goes on past that time i would wait one more day then consult a doctor. but in the meantime stretch to avoid cramps and up ur protien intake a little add 45 grams of protien to ur diet untillthe pain subsides this will help to rebuild ur muscle faster

What is the safest way to enlarge a penis to make it thicker and longer.?
