run, run and then run some more, mix in some crunches and sit ups, and some jumping jacks, maybe some jump rope, anything that makes you sweat, if you do 30 minutes of accelerated heart rate activity, you'll lose it in a couple of weeks

Belly fat is usually from eating too much. Exercise (I like eliptical machine for 24 minutes plus a cool down, light weight training, & a few crunches) & eating right will help. Drink lots of water. Absolutely no beer, juice, or regular soda (diet only). Eat lots of veggies & fiber. Remember to eat protein too.
pound lotsa water, like 1 & 1/2 to 2 gallons a day,, filler, then only raw veggies, nothing else! no snacks, if you feel hungry,,pound more water..i am a trim 105 lbs & 5'3...has worked 4 me, walking doesn't hurt either!good luck
