Man Boobs/ how do we get rid of them ?

Ive got this friend, who since he was 12 has had man Boobs.He hates going to the beach, He basically will not take his shirt off any where. I know it imbarreses him I can see it all over his face.
He said the only time he'll take his shirt off is when it gets cold. Its cuz when its cold his skin tightens up and he loves to pose in the mirror and act like hes buff. This guy is about 6'0" 180 lbs Fairlly skinny with a bit of mid section. He can still see his pecker.Some people say cuz its cuz he smokes pot. Thats B.s. Right off the bat, cuz we all smoke pot and we dont have boobs. He said it was B.S. too cuz he didnt start smoking pot till he was 19 yrs old. thats 7 yrs that he had these ****. Their so bad.
