Sleep more and take lots of calcium. However if the people in your family are short there is very little you can do. If your parents are tall you're naturally predisposed to be tall, you just need to make sure you have the diet that will allow you to express the genes. Stay away from caffeine!

Short of injecting HGH, you cannot grow faster.
You are also still growing as you get into puberty. It will take time, but you will grow taller.
