why does my boyfriend sweat loads while he is asleep?
recently he has started sweating more while he sleeps, up to a point where its dripping off him.
he says he isnt too warm or having nightmares.
this is a recent in the last 2 weeks.
what could be causing this? he is in good health

My son does it (5 years old), my brother in law does it (23), my husband does it (30). Some people really sweat in their sleep. It doesnt mean much, just maybe not so many covers on them in the night. I asked my doctor and pediatrician. It's totally normal and not indicative of health issues. just something some people do.
all the people in my family who do it are male and non are overweight and all are in good shape.
My father married a woman who was like that, she would HEAT up in her sleep and sweat. no worries.
