What are your suggestions for my workout plan.?


I will be starting a workout regimin in about a day or 2. I want to lose weight and build upper body muscle. It has been about 4 years since I was in shape and in good physical health. I used to workout all the time and my life just got too busy to stick with the work out routine. I seemed to quit over night. After being about 30 lbs. overweight, and having a drop in my esteem, I thought it is time to get my butt in gear and hit the gym again. I miss that self-confidence I used to have a few years ago. What would you recommend me do in the gym on phase one of exercising and dieting. My physical health education seemed to go out the door in the past few years. Thank you for your help
