Average is around 5 1/2 inches. Small is 4 1/2 or less. Large is 7 or more. It's not related to height or build. As far as race, you may have to conduct your own research.

I think ethnicity plays a role, but I don't think it's ever been proven. Some black men appear to have larger penises, but that maybe just because they are "show-ers" not "grow-ers." Supposedly, Asian men have small penises, but that's a stereotype.
