Hi. This is not strange at all. As you might know, Propecia deals a lot with your masculine hormones (testosterone and all it's relatives, specially DHT (di-hidro-testosterone)).

I'm not sure if you know this, but anyway: Propecia basically blocks the conversion of testosterone (or free testosterone) to DHT, meaning that, it block the enzime responsible for this conversion. The reason why is that, DHT is the responsible for hair loss, because this hormone bounds to the receptors on the skin making the hair fall (in simple words).

So it's quite normal that, if you stopped using propecia, you are producing back the levels of DHT that your body naturally produces which may cause skin problems like acne... If you haven't had acne before taking propecia, I would say just wait until the systems is "stable" again and the acne should go away.
If not, you can always buy some creame antibiotics to help you. Is the acne only on the face or all over the body?
