What is a good workout I can do to prepare for wrestling at my local gym?

Well you can lift weights and if they have a punching bag even better. Go on the tredmill to increase your speed. Probably do some crunches to make your stomach stronger so even when they strike at you, your stomach will be as tough as steel. Hope my advice helps you!!!

hey man mabye you can email me and i can email you and we can be workout buddies i just run a lot like jog for about 5 miles basically you need to just run and get in shape enough that you dont get out of breath because it is hard not to when you are trying to grappell we ndont lift any weights mabye a little
