Anna got it. It is true, for the most part. You can probably reach your own prostate gland through your rectum and rub it gently (aka "milking the prostate"). I think it's nice, and worth doing sometimes. As soon as I insert my finger, I usually get an erection. I don't particularly like having anything up my anus, but it just feels good enough for me not to mind much. If you want to try it, your prostate gland is toward the front of your body and maybe two or three inches inside. I've been doing it when I start masturbating, because I will usually have a strong orgasm that way. But something I've noticed is that it takes me somewhat longer to reach orgasm after milking the prostate.
