would doing pushups help?


I do 50 pushups almost everyday, will this help build mass and how long would that take. I also lift weights 1-2 times a week with 3 sets of 8 reps

is my voice high cause i am lacking testerone? i am really hairy though.?

Push ups tone and strengthen but don't build muscle very well. The more you do the more defined you will be but it will not build more muscle.

The way to gain muscle is to eat plenty of protein and lift three times a week. Try doing 3 sets of 3 reps with very high weight. This will build muscle fast!

It builds upper body strenght yes but you wanna eat a lot of carbs and protein for mass okie dokie hope this helps
