i am a male with an under active Thyroid and i cant loose weight despite alot of regular exercise.?
i tried to get a wheelchair user onto a bus today. why was it so difficult?

try a sweat suit(from Argos) and then do a good work out of a length of time you can manage, do this each day and add just ten minutes to your workout , till your happy with the length of time and within 3-4 wkS, i promise you, that you will see changes and feel more better in yourself, also be aware of the types of foods you eat, if you start to feel hungry drink a glass of water or juice and the hunger pains should pass, good look with it all, hope you try and stick with this advise.
