Well, Ambien hits me about 25 minutes after I take it and pot always made me sleepy but the cig. is a stimulant so if it was me, I would think that the ambien and pot would over rule the cig. and I would be pretty much laying flat on my face snoring like an old man. So to answer your question, you would be feeling 100% relaxed and ready for bed.
