Can I still grow taller?

Question:
I'm 18 turning 19 and I'm only 5'10. Does drinking lots of milk really help?

Answers:
Females stop growing at 18 and males at 21, so you may still grow some yet.

Milk will make the bones stronger, but I don't think it will have any effect on your height as that is usually genetic.

Nope, you have reached about 99% of your final height
what's wrong with 5'10 ? I am taller than most people around me.

Unless you want to be playing in sports.

I can't help you then because I am stuck at 5'10.

BTW, being too talk isn't that great, you don't look good with some short cuties.
u will get a big boost around 20 and stop growing around 25
nothing wrong with your height as it is.but you may grow a bit more up until you are 21 but it will only be a little bit tell you what to help it along drink lots of milk it will help a bit to but really nothing wrong with beain 5'10 inless you are trying to do something that you need to be taller but i cant see what

Sorry to disappoint you but i think you're done growing. All you can really do now is gain size through gym but not height
