I lost weight by walking 4-6 miles a day, 3 days a week. Running would probably be better. Eat lots of fresh spinach, fish, and turkey. Don't eat anything white(potatoes, rice, bread, pasta), cut back on sugar, cut back on all dairy, and don't drink alcohol or soda. Of course no fast food! Get some detox tea from a health food store and drink it 3 times a day for no more than 4 days.
