Rotator cuff Shoulder pain, please help!?

Question:
I'm a 26 year old male and I workout and lift weights all the time(4-6 days a week). My shoulders seem to "pop" more and more often. My right shoulder seems to pop every time I rotate my shoulder and has been bothering me during my workouts. I have been doing more shoulder exercises in attempt to strengthen my shoulders and solve this problem. But now I have this dull ache in my right shoulder and it even hurts in certian positions. Is there any certian exercises I can do to help?

Answers:
rotator cuff pain is common with bodybuilding.chances are you are lifting too heavy and/or you aren't using proper form.for example, when you bench press, make sure you only bring the bar down to 2 inches away from your chest.you just don't want to bring the bar all the way down to where your elbows are now hyperextended past the bench itself.that puts stress on the cuff..repeating inproper form over and over eventually catches up to you.my advice is to see a doctor cuz it's possible the synovial membrane in the cuff isn't lubricating enough..idk..but if you want to continue lifting weights, drop the weight and concentrate on perfect form..if you do shoulder presses with 110 lb's in each hand, drop the weight to 70 lb's and peform the motion perfectly with a slow tempo.form is the most important key in bodybuilding.Bob chicherello said,"what separates a Chump from a Champ?.U!" but hey, just a suggestion.
No! Stop working your shoulder, dude! Pain is a sign to STOP.
You need to rest your shoulder now that you've injured it.
Rotater cuff injuries can take months to heal, so stop working the shoulder now before you do more damage.
