Answers:
im was in the same boat you are, i had to gain a ton of weight when i started playin college rugby, i gained 35 lbs in 4 months, what you eat is most important along with lifting weights, chicken and fish are the best sources of protein and red meat is the best source of creatine (other than supplements), creatine enhances the affects of protein, your muscles need protein to grow, eat about 6 to 7 meals a day (two hours between meals), focus your meals around protein primarily then creatine, eggs, tuna, milk, chicken are easy to make and have a lot of protein, when you lift, do 3 sets of 6-8 reps so you might need to increase the weights, after each set increase the weight drastically, so if you're benching 100 on the first set, do 120 then 140 lbs, by increasing the weight it is telling your muscles they need to grow drastically

oh, and in responce to the post on top of mine, if you eat too much protein, don't worry it wont turn it into fat, your body disposes of what it doesnt use, however too much carbs will turn into fat, so if all you want is lean muscle, then go heavy on the proteins but beware, if you change your diet to drastically too fast, it is not always the best thing
lift weights, exercise....stuff like that
Eat a cow
You can pump some iron, but I like the martial arts better, as far as spending time goes.
Do 100 sit-ups everyday. Do 30 in the morning do 30 in the afternoon and 40 before bed.
Eat 4 meals a day, every four hours, eat a minumum of 3 oz opf protien each time and make sure 50% of your protien comes from lean red meat.
Work out at least an hour per day,
alternating between cardio and weight training.

You'll be buff in no time
Eat right, lean red meats are good, the right amount of vegies and lift weights using a program that is designed for you.If it is your first time in a gym,ask questions, most gym users are very willing to advise don't just copy what others are doing.I would say it is impossible to gain that much muscle in that short a time also that you are too young. You haven't stopped growing talller and there is a theory that lifting heavy weights stunts that growth.
If you want big bulky muscles like bodybuilders, you need to do a lot of high-impact anaerobic exercises. These are the kind that work your muscles quickly to the point of fatigue and leave you sore for a couple of days afterward. You also need to eat a diet that will support your body rebuilding your muscles after each workout. This means fruits, vegetables, and lots of protein (whole eggs, red meats, and possibly protein shakes, but not too much or you can gain fat too). The hard part is you need to cut out as much junk food as you can stand to. As for the workouts, it's best to work out every day, but don't focus on the same muscle groups every day. For the first few weeks, give each muscle group two rest days before working it again, and then go to one rest day. For example, the first few weeks work your legs on Monday, your back and abs Tuesday, and your arms and upper chest (pecs) Wednesday, repeat the process and then rest on Sunday. Then, change to something like legs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and upper body Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday with Sunday being a rest day. Sunday doesn't have to be the rest day, but you should have one every week. I don't know that you can gain 20 pounds in that time period, but this kind of approach will give you the best chance. The rest is up to you, as different people build muscle mass at different rates. Also, don't be afraid to talk to a personal trainer or read books and magazine articles on the subject. The more you know, the more you can tweak your workout program to your specific body and goals. You can also look into steroids, but if you want to use them make sure you know about all the pros and cons before going ahead with them. I don't have much input here because I have never used them. Good luck!
Steroids! J/K! The best way I know is to be patient, it usually takes about one year to gain approximately 10 pounds of muscle. Take in enough proteins and teardown the muscle fibers when you workout so they can be built back up even bigger.
