Serious question?

I just noticed 5 redish pink little dots on my peanus. They are close to each other. I don't think they are birthmarks. Does anyone have any idea of what they might be?

Have you had sex recently? Did this marks recently appeared and do you have any pain, fever, or dicomfort of the penis? You might want to go to the doctor and have it check. It might be a STD, or perhaps just nothing at all. Don't worry and stressed out, go get check so you know what it is and not waste your time wondering.
