When I shave, the skin on my upper cheeks are long. Am I supposed to shave that, or is it okay that it is...?

I think everyone has that problem. Usually, you do not shave any hair that is not long and obviously visible from more than a foot away. I have to cut high once in a while, but that is because my stubble is black (or close to it). So . . . if you see whiskers growing high, or someone else sees them, then lightly shave them off (just firmly enough to cut those few hairs). You can probably do that without shaving cream. I try not to worry about that much. Good luck!
if you cant get your point across in a sentence,
you are too young to be shaving- i didnt understand the question
