Whats the best way to start a jogging regimen, what do yall do to prepare for a run,how long do you stretch?

I do at least 10-15 minutes of streching before I run. I started running a mile for the first month, when I first started. Then I went up to 1.5 miles, and then 2 miles, and then on and on. I am a track and cross country runner.

If u are just starting running then i would say u need to start jogging 1-1.5 miles each morning while it is still cool. Stretch for AT LEAST 15 mins before running to avoid cramps in your legs that will bug u for quite some time. After a week or so bump up the length to like 2 miles and keep goin from there.
