I'm weight training, an I'm training Monday, Tuesday & wednesday an 4 days off is this ok to gain muscel??

Increase your protein to between 150 to 200 and make sure you work your muscles hard on those days. I do a similar routine, but go 5 days:
Mon - Legs
Tues - Arms
Wed - Shoulder/Traps
Thurs - Back
Fri - Chest/Abs
If I'm not sore the next day, I know I didn't work them hard enough!
This is really enough for gaining muscles, studies and researches say that you gain them if you train in only one day per week.
