nutrition wise you can start by eating more protein, like that in meat, or you can get some protein powder and make a smoothie with the fruits that you like. Try lifting weights-start out with 10 lb dumbells at home and do small repititions at first and work your way up. Gaining muscle and weight is about nutrition and exercise just as losing weight and toning up is about nutrition and exercise. Good luck!
