Yes, in fact you definitely underestimate the pain of being hit in the balls. They are very sensitive to blunt force, and the pain can crawl up into your stomach and hurt for a while. I don't think there is a pain comparable to being kicked in the balls, though I imagine childbirth is pretty damn painful.. it's different. no its actually more painful than it sounds like

Let me put it to you this way..
You know that feeling of a "Charlie Horse"? You know when you get hit on a certain spot behind your thigh? Or that feeling when something hits you on your funny bone. That weird painful feeling? And it also has that feeling where it seems that your balls were shoved INSIDE your stomach with gloves that had needles spiked on it. Kinda like that.
