A girl needs to give permission for all levels of sex and at anytime (even while you are ejaculating and can't stop) she can say no and you need to be ready to withdraw and stop. So buy condoms at walgreens, or the gas station, or on the computer. Be sure they fit right and be sure you use them right. Read the instructions if they slip off during sex then you can get a STD or your partner can get pregnant. If you can't walk in and buy condoms then you don't need to have sex yet.
