But seriously, puberty hits some guys as early as 10 or 111 and others not until they are 15 to 17. I had a friend who had a tiny peepee and not a hair in sight near it until he was 16 going on 17.
But if by 18 you are still not into puberty then consult your doctor.

Nah. I understand your concern, but everyone is different. My husband started puberty later than others, but he's the hottest, most masuline one out of all his friends now.. In the long run, earlier doesn't mean better.

NO! Some boys do not even begin puberty until they are 16. I know I didn't and it was an embarrassing experience in gym classes where we were forced to shower in groups. Just bear with it. That too will pass!
