After a man ejaculates there is some semen left in the urethra. When the penis goes soft some of that semen oozes out the end and then it drys. When you go to pee a couple of hours later your urine stream will come out in different directions rather than straight ahead and in some cases it my have dryed so hard that at first no urine will come out. Solution. when you have finished ejaculating, milk the penis to get out the left over semen and then urinate right away.
