well yes to be 100% sure the 30 day mark is good.
Although Marijuana or the chemical in it (THC) store itself in your fat cells. this is why it takes time for it to be released without a trace. It all depends on how heavy of a smoker you are. If you don't smoke alot (once a week or every other week) it will be out with in 7 to 12 days. If your a heavy smoker it could take upto a month or longer.
It also depend on if your over weight, it will take alot longer.
