One of the best testosterone producing techniques is "Rest Pause":
Try this.
(Series 1).
1 set 20 reps, (rest 15 seconds), do 5-10 reps more (rest 30 seconds) do 5-10 reps more (rest 45 seconds) do 5-10 reps more (then rest 3 minutes)
(Series 2).
1 set 10 reps, (rest 20 seconds), do 2-5 reps more (rest 40 seconds) do 2-5 reps more (rest 60 seconds) do 2-5 reps more.
This technique is very demanding, if you are a beginner or intermediate, just to series 1, for a 2 weeks, then series 2 for 2 weeks, then you can do both of them together after 4 weeks of practice. You will feel the surge of aggression after one workout.
