Question:

Answers:
do lots of cycling and jogging
exercise
leg presses or squat thrusts will build the quads up...calf raises on a regular stair at home (up / down only using your calves) will help the lower leg muscle group.
Deep knee bends or leg presses. I knew a guy who worked out using only his body weight on his legs and he had great muscular legs.
Walking, cycling, even just wearing leg weights can turn them into muscular definition, to varying degrees. People with "long" muscles develop very quickly & get amazing results. Short muscle types take longer, just be patient & persistent.
Also you cut (develop) more muscle by exercising one day off/ one day on, rather than everyday. It gives the muscle time to heal, and that is when the results become visible. You may need to take calcuim supplements if you are begining to work them for the first time. I got leg cramps until I did, no matter how high my dairy intake was.
Enjoy the process, exercise has so many rewards, it is totally worth it.
I suggest you leave your legs the ways God created them, my only advice is that you should eat balance diets and with that you are okay.
wear short shirts n balbotom wear haels n start hanging on rod it may increase ur leg's length
bunny hops. and any impact training ie jumping off walls or heights around waist high.

This will shock your muslces into getting bigger. be careful on the joints though.

If you want a build like a sprinter then train like a sprinter if you want a body lke a marathon runner then train like one. The olympics id full of different body types for certain events. Just pick the shape you like best and look up the net to copy their training schedules and diet. easy
