PLEASE help! How can I heal a tendon in my shoulder? Who can I go see about it?

Question:
2 weeks ago I woke up with a really sore shoulder.. not a muscle pain far more concentrated.. almost like a pinched nerve. I've had it in a sling and it doesn't bother me any more unless I bother it. BUT I've been offered quite an active job, I getto go to Namibia, and I just have to!

Can it heal? Who can I go see about this? Chiropractor? Doctor? Physical trainer?

Answers:
Sounds like you screwed up your rotator cuff. Working out a little to hard maybe? This will take a long time to heal and you shouldn't work with it for a while. I would advise that you go to a doctor and find out for sure, but if you working out and this happened then I am pretty sure that is what it is. This injury will take 6 plus months to heal.

Other Answers:
Go to a doctor, they will give you directions. You should have, first thing. Two weeks ago. I think.

A tendon in the shoulder is sometimes because of a slight change in the position of the blood pipe. or due to the wrong position sleeping.

You can do one workout exercise of "PULL UPS".

In a rod of pipe more than the height of yours, do pull ups.
it will help in the circulation of the blood and will heal you.

If not cure, please consult a Family Doctor, even he can give you a medicine or simple cure therapy.

a massage therapist, go to the spa, or even go to the place that is most relaxing/soothing you're probably under a lot of stress. Either of the professionals you've listed can do a basic diagnosis and tell you what the problem is or might be. An X-Ray would be necessary to determine if there's ligament damage. An orthopedist would be my choice. Tendon damage varies in degree and an orthopedist can tell you how bad your case is or is not.
