What treatment can you give for backaches?

Question:

Answers:
If this back pain is a normal thing for you, try stretching your hamstrings. The hamstrings and muscles in your low back all attach to the pelvis. When the hamstrings are tight they pull on the pelvis and that puts a strain on the muscles in your low back.
There are many modalities of treatment.

The stuff I usually prescribe is a bit of rest and some simple painkillers, but many people will use lots of other stuff - some of which works and some of which doesn't.

Rest up

Painkillers such as paracetamol (acetaminophen) and nonsteroidals (eg Ibuprofen) are quite useful.

If these are not enough to keep your pain under control and get it better, perhaps you should see a doctor about it.
That is a loaded question. There are not many, and few doc.s know.I suggest a good mature trainer, not a macho one or an older one.
