My husband's penis from time to time seems a little rough, almost like scales on it or something (kind of hard to explain). Could this be from masturbation or what could it be. I don't think he is messing around or anything like that. I questioned him about it and he says he has very sensitive skin but why would his penis be rough and scaley??

Could be a little too much '' self absorption'' or just not rinsing off after a shower. If the problem is only on the skin, not anywhere else, I think he might know the answer. Have you ever noticed any scabs ? Then he might really have a problem.

he gets scaly skin, and suddenly your accusing him of cheating!
it could be a reaction to something he used in the shower, like a new soap, or bodywash, it might just be a natural roughing of the skin (does he have rough hands?)
if he says he hasnt been cheating, all good. take him along to the dr if your worried that much.

Guys penis get like that sometimes, could be from a BUNCH of stuff,and it could be one thing or a bunch of little things; tight underwhere and or pants strenuous exersise or alot of running or whatnot to much sex or masturbation can also make the skin rough, and guys with sensitive skin (even those without) can get chaped skin or whatnot on there penis. when its stimulated when its like that it can hurt, so just let it heal up for a week and mosturisor if theres cuts might make it hurt so gentle gentle gentle for his sake.
