advise is to run alternate days, let you body rest or recover before the next exercise.
I don't think that I would run more than every other day. You can ride a bike on the other days but I don't think your body will react well to all of that pounding every day. Try incorporating some weight training in. Unlike cardio, when the calorie burn stops when you do, weight training will continue to burn even when you are at rest. The pumped muscle burns at a higher rate. It doesn't have to be weights, try ab work or push ups, anything to pump the muscle.
no thats not good, your not giving your body time to recover. You need to rest for about 2 days.
