Probably a little tombstone

Other Answers:
If this has been going for a long time there is a high chance of coronary arteries' constriction being shown in cath.

only the cath will know for sure. but sounds like a heart attack waiting to happen. death wish? 4 packs of cigs/day sounds like total-chain smoking. should make plans for funeral and burial or cremation. i'm not being mean, just realistic. someone should quit smoking or cut back as much as possible, for heaven's sake! cholesterol: take meds and eat right. drinks? -- AA. heart cath --- sounds like a waste of time and healthcare $$$$ Heart cath shows the size of your coronary (heart) arteries and if you have any blockages it shows exactly where they are. You have high risk factors. Smoking causes vasoconstriction (making your arteries smaller) high blood pressure and cholesterol increase the rate of plaque build up. You definitely need a heart cath for further recommendations on treatment.

I would imagine a very sick heart, veins, and arteries.
