he will cut it off if u don't go NOW let the doc look he's has warm hands, if it's a female doc u could be Lucky.
It is something like a vericose vein that keeps growing. get it checked out by a urologist they will have you do some sonograms and stuff like that. It won't hurt. Bad news is if you wait too long that may affect your ability to have children someday or it may be a tumor so get it check asap.

there is a reason a doctor has 8 years of schooling I very seriously doubt that it would be cut off. Has it always been this way, or is this a recent development? Especially if this has just occurred, it is very important that you be seen by a doctor.you might have an infection or possibly even a tumor. The sooner it is seen the sooner it can be taken care of. Furthermore, there is no reason to fear the doctor cutting it off.doctors can only perform procedures to which you consent. So, even if the doctor said it needed to be cut off, if you said "no," the doctor could not perform the procedure.
