How can I tone up the glutinous maximums?

Squats squats squats then drop that body fat % with your favorite cardio activity. Bike riding maybe. but crunches u squezze ur but together then relax and u repeat alot of times =)

First it's not glutinous it gluteus maximus, glutinous is a type of sticky rice. You can tone it by doing weighted squatting, this is very effective if you do it consistently.
