How much should a person who is 6 foot weight?

Question:
I am six foot nothing, and I am a very skinny person and I only weight around 140. Is that abnormal or goood or bad?

Answers:
If you are young, this is ok. 160 - 175 would be better. What does your doctor say? As you age, you will gain weight and someday you may be wishing you were back to your current weight. Just be sure you have lean muscle and bone mass.

Build up your bone mass with lots of calcium (milk, green leafy veggies) & exercise before age 25 (that is when your bones stop growing).

Build up your lean muscle mass with work & exercise: farming, construction work, stocking store shelves, joining the military, hiking, biking, swimming, triathalon training, etc.

Other Answers:
about 220lbs

8000 lbs from about 150-180lbs.
