I agree there is an outrageous number of penis questions. People seem to be really pre-occupied with this. But what's interesting to me is that it bothered you enough to ask a question about it. or is this just a study to see who would respond? Yeah, they need a FAQ that you need to read before you post a question. It should say that the average penis size is between 5.2 - 5.6 inches and it's OK to masturbate. Do it as much as you feel comfortable with. They should have this endorsed by the US surgeon general, the AMA and WHO.
I agree it's the same reason some women worry about their own "size" (breasts). Personally, I believe it's lack of confidence in their mental & emotional communication(or lack of). This is all about advertising and what it has done to our idea of sexuality. The porn industry has done so much for us as a society hasn't it?
