Its hard for a 12-year-old to gain muscle in a month, there bodies are still in development. I"m heard in the news a while ago about a kid that was really strong, but that family was a body builder family.
The most you can do him is take all the logical answers here and build up a work sheet. start off with a few push-ups, then some sit-ups etc. make sure that you stretch before ever doing anything.
a 12 year old should not try to biuld muscle quickly. He can do it without spending any extra money.
Pushups, situps, deep knee bends.
lots and lots of protein..meats, protein shakes, eggs..etc. exercise of course mainly weightlifting you can do some exercising around the home and jogging but remember.you don't want to gain or lose weight too fast and you don't want to bulk up muscle wise too fast either.take your time and do it healthy.besides, the girl you're wanting to impress can wait.you're still young and just getting ready to bud into the teenager years. Try not to rush things and remember.safe and healthy is far better than fast and unhealthy.
stick with a high protein and low carb diet
what it means is that you don't eat any thing that deals with carbs because the meats already has too much carbs already
Turn 13. Hormones will make all the difference your too young its not healthy to do weights till your 17-18 when you have slowed down from growing
