Why does my penis erect at some of the most unexpected times and in the most unexpected places??

Question: I mean I'll be sitting there in class doing my work and Mr.Penis wakes up. Or I'll be at Wal-Mart looking at video games and well Mr.Penis wakes up. My point is Mr.Penis wakes up at some of the most unexpected times and in the most unexpected places. its like Mr.Penis is playing a joke on me. I only want Mr.Penis to wake up when I want to play with him. But seriously why does Mr.Penis do this? Its not necessary for Mr.Penis to wake up and show off in public, so why can't Mr.Penis just stay asleep? Should I punish it in some way? Or should I just play with Mr.Penis in public, like Pee-Wee Hermen?
